Affordable Housing

Providing mixed-income housing in high resource areas is a key priority for local policy makers. The project will dedicate 10% of the homes - or 45 - for low income households. A mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floorplans will be available for rent.

Affordable housing eligibility is determined by household size and income. For example, in San Diego County, a family of four with an annual income of $132,4000 would qualify as low income. Income thresholds are developed by the CA Department of Housing and Development and updated annually. Click here to view the affordable housing site plan.
